KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Organize daily trips of Drivers, Helpers, and Riders based on delivery volume.
  2. Prepare delivery allowance requests and coordinate with Accounting.
  3. Plan delivery schedules and routes for maximum cost-efficiency.
  4. Prepare work schedules for Drivers, Riders, and Helpers.
  5. Coordinate with Telemarketers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  6. Coordinate with Procurement for stock pick-up and delivery.
  7. Work with the Packing Team to ensure readiness of orders for delivery or customer pick-up.
  8. Supervise stock receiving and delivery dispatching.
  9. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with LTO and LGU traffic and registration requirements.
  11. Resolve operational issues promptly.
  12. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  13. Investigate and report logistics-related incidents or accidents.
  14. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Fleet maintenance.
  2. Compliance with traffic safety rules and LGU ordinances.
  3. Route planning.
  4. Scheduling of Riders, Helpers, and Drivers.
  5. Supervision of deliveries, pick-ups, and stock receiving.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  1. Prepare operations-related reports.
  2. Manage fleet operations.
  3. Conduct performance reviews.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of any four-year course.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Knowledgeable in automotive spare parts and warehouse operations.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Good business acumen and decision-making ability.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  8. Customer-focused with strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Innovative and proactive in improving processes.
