  • Assists the Logistics Head in ensuring the items required by the customers are delivered on time, completely, and correctly.
  • Ensures the delivery, pickup, and pulloutof items are authorized.
  • Supervises the loading and unloading of the items into and from the delivery vehicles.
  • Strictly monitors daily transactions and proper recording of developments.
  • Coordinates with third parties and freight forwarders as necessary.
  • Implements the guidelines set by the Logistics Head and the Management.
  • Ensures all administrative tasks are completed as required and that relevant documentation is received and processed.
  • Escalates ustomer concerns and issues to the Logistics Head immediately.
  • Generates and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the supervisor and management.
  • 100% processing and handling of return documents of all of the projects at hand.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to operations and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
