Role Overview:

Supports the Hub Supervisor in ensuring smooth hub operations, high-quality work, and maximum productivity of Hub Admins and Couriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, allocating parcels, clustering, and rostering couriers during absenteeism, rest days, or fluctuating loads.
  • Ensure couriers meet minimum parcel requirements (VOP/AVP).
  • Facilitate and monitor accurate and timely parcel sorting, including exception handling.
  • Recall outbound couriers for invalid exceptions and ensure inbound exceptions are processed correctly and on time.
  • Oversee reattempt follow-ups, failed delivery storage, FIFO implementation, and runsheet creation.
  • Ensure cancelled parcels and returns are accurately recorded in LMS and processed promptly.
  • Support the supervisor in improving operational processes and problem-solving daily issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in logistics or courier operations (Hub experience preferred).
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
