General Description

The Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics functions to support the company's supply chain and business goals. This role ensures accurate stock management, timely movement of goods, and cost-effective logistics operations. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in ERP systems (preferably Acumatica) and experienced in optimizing warehouse workflows, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency.

The Supervisor will lead warehouse and logistics teams, enforce operational policies, and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/team leader role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems; hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety, stock handling, and logistics best practices.

Warehouse Operations

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure warehouse procedures are followed for safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse facilities.
  • Train and guide warehouse staff to meet performance standards.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee stock control and ensure accurate, real-time inventory updates in ERP.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and cycle audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Monitor and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Investigate and resolve stock variances, losses, or damages.

Logistics

  • Plan and oversee outbound deliveries to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and transport providers.
  • Optimize delivery schedules and routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track and evaluate logistics performance, addressing delays or service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with shipping documentation and regulatory requirements
