The Vibe: At Klaiya, we believe in continuous learning. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Training and Development Supervisor to be the engine behind our learning programs. You will manage the logistics, content, and delivery to ensure every employee has immediate access to the high-quality training they need to succeed.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Program Execution: Manage the end-to-end logistics for all training events, including scheduling, material preparation, and calendar management.
  • Content Creation: Design, update, and maintain engaging training resources, including presentations, job aids, and basic e-learning modules.
  • LMS Management: Serve as the administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate record-keeping, tracking completion, and generating reports.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Lead core training sessions (both virtual and in-person) and provide coaching to leaders or subject matter experts who facilitate internal content.
  • Needs Identification: Partner with department managers to conduct quick assessments of skills gaps and swiftly implement targeted training solutions.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in training delivery, content development, and program coordination.
  • Education: A Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • The Skills: Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex training calendars and logistics. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Expert knowledge of administering an LMS (Learning Management System) and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia).
  • The Mindset: A detail-oriented approach combined with a passion for high-quality content and an ability to meet tight deadlines.

Reports To: HR Manager, CEO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
