About the Role

Provalue Property Services, Inc., a trusted affiliate of Marivent Hotels & Resorts Inc., is looking for a highly qualified Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Property Manager to lead and oversee its property management operations. This is a key strategic leadership role suited for a results-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in property and facilities management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise the property management team to ensure high standards in operations, maintenance, and client satisfaction.

  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for property management, maintenance, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.

  3. Oversee budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditure planning for assigned properties.

  4. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

  5. Coordinate with leasing, construction, engineering, and finance departments for integrated property solutions.

  6. Conduct regular inspections to assess facility condition, performance, and tenant needs.

  7. Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

  8. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for executive leadership.

  9. Drive innovation and implement best practices in facility management and tenant services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  1. Licensed Engineer (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).

  2. Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, Real Estate, or related field.

  3. Graduated with Latin honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude is an advantage).

  4. Top passer or ranked in the Top 10 in the national licensure board examination is a plus.

  5. At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in property/facility management, with 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

  6. Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering standards, and property operations.

  7. Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  8. Experience in managing premium commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties is an advantage.

  9. Familiarity with industry software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM, BMS, property management systems).
