Admin and Executive Assistant

The primary job responsibility of the Executive Assistant to the CEO/President is to provide overall support to the CEO/President. With the support of an Executive Assistant, it's expected that the workload and workflow of the CEO/President will run smoothly, and the CEO/President meeting schedules and agendas are properly arranged. Also, responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Assisting Admin regarding on the paper works, Permit and any Admin Works
Other personal errands from the CEO/President
