- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative functions (fresh grads are also welcome).
- Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and can work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite
- Preferably a resident of Antipolo or nearby cities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
