Job Summary:

The Customer Service Support is responsible for providing high-quality support to external customers and internal stakeholders. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of customer transactions, master data maintenance, and contract or pricing-related activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using business systems and productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to external customers by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, delivery, and other customer concerns.
  • Assist customers in navigating company portals and systems, including user registration, account updates, and system troubleshooting.
  • Process basic order-to-cash activities for external customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards.
  • Maintain and update master data related to materials, pricing, surcharges, and other relevant information in business systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues concerning master data, pricing, billing, and systems-related discrepancies.
  • Prepare, review, and generate simple contracts and incentive agreements for both new and existing customers.
  • Generate and monitor reports related to price expiration, pricing maintenance, and updates, ensuring timely action where required.
  • Utilize Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) to manage documentation, reporting, and communication tasks.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and seek guidance as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and documentation.
