
CSR - Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Meet or exceed personal/team goals and metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores).
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Requirements:
- College graduate
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to start ASAP
- Amenable to work near Bridgetowne Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
