We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our Customer Experience Team, specializing in leasing, resident screening, and vendor support. What You'll DoDepending on your assigned function, you will:
Leasing & Resident Support
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and SMS to guide them through the leasing process.
- Handle inquiries, assist with lease documentation, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Address concerns and objections while providing excellent customer service.
Resident Screening & Application Processing
- Review rental applications, verify income, conduct background checks, and assess eligibility.
- Communicate with applicants regarding missing documents and application status.
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and fair housing policies.
Vendor & Operations Support
- Assist vendors with inquiries related to payments, contracts, and system access.
- Process vendor-related transactions and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with internal teams for resolution.
Experience in Customer Support, Leasing, Property Management, Financial Screening, or Vendor Operations
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a customer-first approach
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, comfortable using CRM, screening, or ticketing systems
Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Fluency in English and ability to work in a structured, process-driven role
