Sales Executive or Key Account Manager

We are a fast-growing distribution company with a passion for quality and innovation in the houseware industry. With our own homegrown brand, we supply retail giants nationwide — and we're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in modern trade channels, including SM Group and similar accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Negotiation
- Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts
- Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals
Sales Operations & Performance
- Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts
- Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution
Team & Store Support
- Manage, train, and support Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators assigned to store locations
- Monitor and enforce planogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
- Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness
