About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time position based in Cebu City Cebu, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing key customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients
  4. Provide comprehensive product and service information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  6. Leverage your industry expertise to offer tailored solutions that address your clients' unique challenges
  7. Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably within the sales/account management of a FMCG/consumer goods or coffee industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions
  4. Proven ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  7. Experience working with any combination of Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes.
