  1. Conduct market research to identify and assess the viability of new markets for hog carcasses, cut pork, and meat products, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in the livestock/meat industry is required.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

  1. Develop and implement a structured sales system to actively market and sell carcasses and cut pork to wholesalers, retailers, meat processors, and institutional buyers, rather than relying on farm gate pricing.

  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the meat industry, including distributors, supermarkets, meat shops, and food service providers.

  3. Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts for carcasses and cut pork, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing revenue.

Senior level sales contract negotiation experience is required.

  1. Oversee the entire sales process, including order management, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of products, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  2. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to continuously adjust sales approaches and maximize profitability.

  3. Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations to analyze market performance, identify sales growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.

  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure the effective execution of the forward integration sales strategy.

  5. Implement promotional and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and expand market reach for carcasses and cut pork.

  6. Identify and develop new distribution channels and potential partnerships to increase sales volume and improve margins.
