The Assistant Sales Manager will recruit, lead and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to produce sales regularly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To recruit, lead and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to produce sales regularly.

  2. To ensure that given sales targets are achieved.

  3. To develop brokers and realty groups from being "Seasonal" to "Part-time" and eventually to a "Partner Broker" in terms of sales production.

  4. Nurture and maintain a good working & personal relationship with the brokers and his/her sales agents

  5. Generate and submit reports on sales performance & activities; update management on a regular basis regarding his/her network.

  6. Handle other tasks and/or projects that are in-line with the overall job function and direction of Team to achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Must be a graduate of any four-year course or its equivalent from a reputable college or university;


• At least 1-2 years of experience related to sales and customer service and in a leadership role from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor;


• Must be focused, driven, and a team player;


• Can work under pressure;


• With acceptable oral and written communication skills;


• With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
