About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Application Engineer to join our expanding team. In this position, you'll provide technical sales and application support to sales managers, distributors, and end customers.

The ideal candidate will act as a link between engineering and sales — translating complex technical concepts into clear information for non-technical audiences while ensuring that customer needs are fully addressed from initial inquiry through shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for sales managers, distributors, and end users.
  • Act as a product expert on Conax technologies, applications, and capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure products and custom solutions meet customer specifications.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on accurate customer quotations promptly.
  • Manage and track customer orders from inquiry to delivery, coordinating across departments to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system; monitor the status of quotes and orders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide training to Business Development Managers and Channel Partners on company products and solutions.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual order forecasts, plans, and performance reports.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events (up to 10% travel) to support marketing and customer engagement efforts.
  • Help update Distribution Agreements and related legal documentation.
  • Record and support resolution of customer complaints.
  • Contribute to new product development and maintain internal technical documentation.

Quotations & Order Management

  • Create and manage quotes for both standard and customized products (e.g., catalog parts, high-temperature components, thermocouples).
  • Follow up with customers on pending quotations and update CRM records with outcomes.
  • Coordinate shipment details, delivery dates, and other order-related updates.
  • Monitor payment status for prepay orders.
  • Generate reports to track sales, orders, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in selling or supporting sales of technical products or services.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communicator, capable of presenting complex technical data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
  • Team-oriented, customer-focused, and dedicated to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales Engineering within industries such as:
  • Power Generation (Gas Turbines, Powerplants)
  • Semiconductor Manufacturing
  • Heat Treatment or Furnace Systems
  • Aerospace (Temperature Measurement, Engine Components)
  • Proven history of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
