JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course,
  • At least 5 years of related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR
  • Understand Business Acumen and the Basics of Design Financials
  • With strong knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment laws in the Philippines
  • Fluency in English and Filipino is required
  • Possess unquestionable integrity, empathy, and excellent human relations and problem-solving skills.

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • Defines the section mid-term plan and budget to support company initiatives and goals
  • Revises, analyses and designs a framework for people services & development
  • Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPs to ensure high quality of execution
  • Implements & reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure the likelihood of success of implementation,
  • Mentors/Coaches other HR's in handling, responding to and closing the grievances/complaints within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
