Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media marketing, with hands-on skills in Canva, Photoshop, and Lightroom. You will play a key role in developing visual marketing materials, managing online campaigns, and driving sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging marketing materials, posters, and digital ads using Canva, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Plan and execute photoshoots for product promotions, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by creating creative and consistent content.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Stay updated with current marketing trends and digital tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or social media management.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Experience in product photoshoots (planning, execution, and editing).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
