Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Officer(BingoPlus) with a minimum of 5 years of solid marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing and advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role will also involve leading a team of marketing associates or specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email, events, print, etc.).
  • Measure ROI and KPIs of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Supervisory Functions
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing staff; provide regular feedback and training.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure project deadlines and goals are met.
  • Content & Branding
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for media buying, graphic design, or PR services.
  • Budgeting & Reporting
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports to present to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
