Job description:

Handles and implements. Administrative Cases, Incident Reports, Audit Findings, Sending Notice of Pending Accountability (NOPA) and Complaints filed from various sources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all administrative cases within the organization
  • Conducts initial investigation.
  • Drafts and issues NTE
  • Conducts thorough investigation and Administrative Hearing.
  • Provides recommendation to administrative cases handled based on labor standards, facts, evidences, and circumstances.
  • Drafts and issues NOD based on the approval.
  • Handles audit reports.
  • Monitors requests for End of Contract, End of Probationary, and other related documents.
  • Manages the retrieval and collection of Negative Last Pay of former employees.
  • Researches Legal Basis for cases handled.
  • Person in-charge for DOLE Compliance and requirements of the branch.
  • Give guidance and lead the HR Labor Relations Team in the implementation of policy Discipline Management including attending DOLE SENA.
  • Can reliably report onsite at AMA Head Office #59 Panay Ave. Quezon City
  • Can start immediate
