About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, permanent position that will play a crucial role in managing and developing our company's human resources function.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and off-boarding
  • Partnering with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR solutions
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Cultivating a positive, engaging and inclusive company culture
  • Providing coaching and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
  • Managing and supervising the HR team

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of human resources best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
