TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with preparing, processing, and documenting payments.
- Evaluate and accredit logistics service providers.
- Handle the submission of export declarations and payment of related fees.
- Monitor and request payments for purchase forms like Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure timely application and renewal of fumigation certificates, permits, and licenses.
- Maintain organized filing of export shipping documents to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Provide necessary regulatory documents as required by the Accounting and Treasury departments.
- Prepare office supply requests for the logistics team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Customs Administration, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field
- Knowledgeable in planning and negotiation techniques
- Experience in administrative and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and people coordination
