SUMMARY:

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department activities. Focusing on S&M admin, billing, and collection tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or those with experience, a plus with a minimum of 1-2 years in office management or office admin experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Knowledgeable of customer service standards and principles.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and not limited to new software applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing & Collection

  • Monitor & Track accounts with AR balances.
  • Send out overdue notices to clients.
  • Visit and reach out to clients with aging payments.
  • Updating of Account information in the system.
  • Application and validation of variances in client's Invoice.
  • Freezing, deleting, and writing off of accounts.
  • Turn over the list of accounts for legal action.
  • Experience & Familiarity with the collection procedure is desired but not required.

Admin

  • Monitor, review, and update client records in the system
  • Approval of new accounts following the guidelines set by the management.
  • Attending to regional admin concerns
  • Providing administrative assistance to department members and the director
  • Other administrative tasks such as answering emails/calls, preparing and submitting reports, etc.
  • Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior.
