HR and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures (orientation, documentation, exit clearance, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate attendance monitoring, leave requests, and timekeeping reports.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other related reports).
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Handle office administrative duties such as supply inventory, maintenance coordination, and vendor communication.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other official documents.
- Coordinate company logistics such as booking of meeting rooms, deliveries, or travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees for admin-related concerns.
Work location: BGC
Work schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9AM-6:30PM
Salary range for this position - 20,000-24,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
