Plumber – MEPF Project

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with MEPF plans and technical specifications.
  • Perform layout and piping works for water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary systems.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures such as faucets, sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Assist with the installation of fire protection piping and sprinkler systems.
  • Conduct pressure testing and leak detection on plumbing lines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure work meets project standards.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare daily work logs and reports as required.
Qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Plumber in MEPF or construction projects.
  • NCII Plumber Certification (TESDA) is a MUST.
  • Ability to read and interpret MEPF plans and technical drawings.
  • Experience in working with various pipe materials such as PPR, HDPE, PVC, GI, and copper.
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
  • Fire protection piping experience is a plus.
