Responsibilities

For MEPF Design Engineers

  • Perform MEPF design of various office, commercial, residential, institutional and industrial projects;
  • Perform project coordination, project presentations, and attend to design coordination meetings;
  • Perform data collection and site visits to determine the actual site conditions; and
  • Prepare various technical reports as required during the design process.

For Site MEPF Engineers

  • Perform construction management for the MEPF works of various office, commercial, residential, institutional and industrial projects;
  • Prepare work schedules and programs using bar charts;
  • Perform site inspections during construction and prepare corresponding inspection reports; and
  • Prepare monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be Licensed Electrical, Mechanical or Sanitary Engineers. Post-graduate studies will be an advantage.
  • With 2 to 5 years of related work experience preferably from a reputable design, construction management or construction firm.
  • Computer literate using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, AutoCAD and other applicable software.
  • With excellent academic records and preferably active in various professional organizations.
  • ISO 9001 background will be an advantage.
