The MEPF Coordinator is responsible for planning and design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEPF) systems including developing SOP/policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP operation and maintenance matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspects Fire, Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) regularly, making necessary minor adjustments and making recommendations for major adjustments to the supervisor.
  • Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
  • Provides guidance for technical supports and maintenance.
  • Follow and implements provisions for emergency management plans
  • May prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates in such specialties as plumbing; heating; ventilating; air-conditioning; and general piping system for noncomplex projects or those of limited scope
  • Prepares timely report in accordance with the approved scope and format affecting the other department, efficiency, costs and the like.
  • Systematically store and maintain files to ensure completeness of records and to provide easy access to reference.
  • Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with licensed
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 2 to 3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
  • Result oriented

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
