Overview

We're looking for a driven and organized IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and software projects from start to finish.

This position suits a detail-focused professional with strong leadership and communication abilities who can balance multiple priorities while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and vendors to deliver technology initiatives that support the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, define, and track project goals, deliverables, timelines, and scope
  • Manage day-to-day project operations and ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Supervise resources, schedules, and budgets to drive successful outcomes
  • Serve as a bridge between development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
  • Oversee processes involving software development, systems integration, and implementation
  • Create and update project reports, documentation, and progress summaries
  • Facilitate post-project reviews and ensure smooth handover to operations teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience handling IT or technology-related projects
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks
  • Experience using JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar project management tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project tracking applications
  • Open to occasional travel for meetings or site coordination
