We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Python Developer to lead backend development initiatives, architect scalable systems, and drive innovation across projects. If you're passionate about clean architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering impactful software — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale Python-based applications.
  • Architect solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and guide technical direction.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with PHP Laravel or microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience in software teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Solid grasp of system architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
