About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage technology-related projects from start to finish. This role includes planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and plans.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and monitor progress.
  • Prepare and control project budgets and resources.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates.
  • Oversee technical aspects (system integration, software dev, infrastructure).
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
  • Ensure smooth project closure and handover to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT project management or related role.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Open to office-based or hybrid work setup
  • Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or vendor meetings
