Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and eager Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of projects. You will work closely with our project managers to support workflows, ensure tasks are completed on time, and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks and key milestones.
  • Support project managers in coordinating across teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks or delays.
  • Conduct research to support project planning and strategic decisions.
  • Help prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
