Overview

We are seeking a Technology Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT and software-related projects from initiation to completion.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors to execute technology initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project scopes, goals, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Lead day-to-day project execution and progress tracking.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Manage software development, integration, and system implementation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed, reviewed, and properly transitioned to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in IT or technology project management.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other project management frameworks.
  • Skilled in MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and other project management tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project tracking software.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or partner coordination.
