Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Group Sales position located in Quezon City. The role involves driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and building strong, profitable relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include training and supporting the sales team, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company goals. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in Training sales teams and mentoring team members to drive performance
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
