Responsibilities
- Manage sales targets and ensure all sales employees in the branches are equipped with the knowledge and abilities to hit the goals regularly.
- Create regular training programs to continuously enhance branch capability in terms of sales.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and present data to the Management on a regular basis.
- Formulate strategies and collaborative projects with Marketing to continuously increase sales performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Sales background preferably as a Manager / Supervisor
- Experience in managing a sales oriented team
- Background in any of the following industries is a plus but not a requirement : health, wellness, hospitality, beauty, & cosmetics
