About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Brand Manager to lead the strategic marketing direction and overall brand portfolio management of a group of consumer electronics and lifestyle technology brands. The role will drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent positioning across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.

This is a key leadership position that works cross-functionally with sales, product, trade, and digital marketing teams to execute 360° brand plans that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for multiple brands under the company's portfolio.
  • Define brand positioning, architecture, and communication guidelines across markets and channels.
  • Oversee annual brand planning, including budget allocation, campaign development, and performance tracking.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Lead conceptualization and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, events).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including retail stores, partner resellers, and e-commerce.
  • Manage product launches, promotions, and retail activations in coordination with trade marketing and channel teams.

Commercial & P&L Ownership

  • Work closely with Sales and Category Management teams to align marketing objectives with sales targets.
  • Monitor brand P&L performance, pricing strategy, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop Brand Managers and Coordinators, providing strategic direction and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Merchandising, Digital, Retail Operations, Logistics) and external agencies.
  • Partner with regional or global brand principals/distributors on alignment and marketing support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, preferably within consumer electronics, lifestyle technology, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple brands or a brand portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of retail distribution, trade marketing, and e-commerce dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends.
  • Experience in managing budgets and external agencies.
  • Leadership experience managing small to medium teams.
