Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise project-related contracts including construction contracts (FIDIC-based, EPC, Design & Build), consultancy agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, and supply agreements.
  • Ensure contractual terms align with project objectives, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contractual terms with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Support the administration and monitoring of contract performance, including compliance with terms and timelines.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and professional PowerPoint presentation and written reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in identifying, assessing and monitoring project risks, and assist in developing mitigation measures.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of claims, variation, and contractual correspondence.
  • Perform other task assigned by the Contract and Risk Manager to support the successful delivery of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, project management support, or construction risk management
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with contract management software is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Employment Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional extended hours as required)
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: Government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
