Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise project-related contracts including construction contracts (FIDIC-based, EPC, Design & Build), consultancy agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, and supply agreements.
- Ensure contractual terms align with project objectives, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
- Assist in the negotiation of contractual terms with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Support the administration and monitoring of contract performance, including compliance with terms and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver clear and professional PowerPoint presentation and written reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support in identifying, assessing and monitoring project risks, and assist in developing mitigation measures.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of claims, variation, and contractual correspondence.
- Perform other task assigned by the Contract and Risk Manager to support the successful delivery of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, project management support, or construction risk management
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with contract management software is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Employment Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional extended hours as required)
- Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
