
Assistant to the General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial performance.
- Ensure exceptional service and address customer feedback.
- Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Review and analyze sales, operational, and financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills :
- A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field is desired.
- Prior managerial experience in a similar industry or role.
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
- Capable of maneuvering and excelling in a rapidly changing setting.
