Job Description
As a
Jr. Contract Administrator,
you will handle contract reviews, coordinate the signing process, maintain accurate records, and serve as the go-to resource for contract-related inquiries. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contract management processes.
Job Overview:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00pm to 8:00am PH time, Weekends Off
Work Setup: Onsite, Hub 9 Skyline, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years
of proven experience in
contract administration
,
office administration
, or other
administrative support roles - Strong English communication skills
- Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or legal teams is highly valued.
- Based in Pampanga and able to work onsite
Technical
- Familiarity with contract management software
(ex. DocuSign, Concord) - Experience with document tracking systems and digital filing
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols

- Meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity under pressure
- Efficient workflow and resource planning
- Customer-centric mindset and value-driven decision-making

Physical Demands

Work Environment
- Primarily an office-based role with a standard Monday-Friday graveyard schedule
- Exposure to tight deadlines and mid-to-high volume workloads
Your Daily Tasks
- Review contracts, agreements, and related documents
- Coordinate the signing process with internal stakeholders and external parties
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries
- Support audits and internal reviews with relevant documentation
- Handle and track contract agreements to subcontractors, vendors, and clients
