Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Recruitment and Staffing
  • Checking and reconciliation of documents such as OT, Leave forms etc.
  • Process and finalize timekeeping records
  • Assist in Securing of Permits, Licenses and Other Government-Mandated Requirements
  • Maintains office supplies – canvassing, purchasing, inventory and releasing
  • Monitoring and issuance of Company gadgets & equipment
  • Answer employees queries about HR & Admin related concerns
  • Prepare HR documents like contract and new hire schedule
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update and monitor leave credits
  • Generate and provide assistance to legal documentation
  • Encoding of monthly basic as reference for 13th month computation
  • Issuance and monitoring of ID and Uniform
  • Reviewing of contract of Lease, processing of requirements and permits
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Legal Management, HR Management or any related course
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position is a plus but not required
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Reliable, Team player, Result oriented and highly trainable
  • VERY STRONG multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
  • Willing to work in San Fernando Pampanga
