Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming phone calls, correspondence, letters, bills, emails and package deliveries.

  2. Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office such as filing, document management and other related matters

  3. Handle purchasing of all office supplies, furniture, equipment, services, and other purchase request necessary for the company operations.

  4. Monitor inventory of office and kitchen supplies and submit monthly reports

  5. Coordinate the repairs and maintenance of the office equipment

  6. Handle the renewal of annual permits, subscription, government licenses

  7. Assist in the planning of office events, meetings, business travel bookings and arrangements

  8. Assist the Sales Manager in costing, Delivery Receipt preparation and merchandise inventory

  9. Coordinate with broker and monitor incoming shipments

  10. Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, order status, and any required updates relating to the incoming shipments

  11. Perform other tasks as required by the Administrative Director

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

  2. Possess strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

  3. Willing to be trained, flexible and can work under pressure

  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
