What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear milestones, resource allocations and timelines are in place
  2. Lead project teams, directing the day-to-day activities and providing guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  3. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing contingency plans as required
  4. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, sponsors and technical teams
  5. Monitor project progress, reporting on key metrics and providing recommendations to steer projects towards successful outcomes
  6. Collaborate with the wider IT department to share learnings and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  2. 5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the technology and/or software development industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  4. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams
