Senior Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant

  • Location: BGC, Taguig
  • Schedule: Night Shift (US Hours)

We're looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our CEO and executive team. This hybrid role blends executive administration and project coordination — perfect for someone who's highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel across time zones.
  • Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and follow up on key action items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership.
  • Liaise with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator (preferably in IT or MSP).
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders and U.S.-based teams.
  • Ability to work on a night shift (U.S. hours) in a hybrid setup.
