Your Role

The
Product Manager/Business Analyst
plans, budgets, executes, monitors, and implements the project. The incumbent is also responsible in definition and elicitation of requirements and oversight on system testing activities.

How you will contribute

Resource Management

  • Source, acquire and manage resources
  • Coordinate and monitor the efforts of the team members and/or third-party contractors or consultants
  • Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects

Risk, Issues and Problem Management

  • Document and report on-time all project issues to project management teams as necessary
  • Ensure that all project risks and issues are addressed by project team/project steering committee
  • Conduct, identify, manage, provide/ recommend solution and document all project risks through IT Risk Management Framework

Demand Management

  • Ensure user requirements are addressed in the functional specifications and technical specifications
  • Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness of systems to improve production or workflow as required
  • Conduct research pertaining to implementation of information technology projects to meet current and projected needs

Project Management

  • Ensure that all agreed project documentations are signed-off and delivered as indicated in the project deliverables
  • Prepare/Update Project Manager's agreed deliverables and processes based on PMF and SDLC/Agile
  • Manage implementation of project activities and resources based on the agreed timeline

Business Analysis

  • Lead the Gap Analysis activities for packaged/out-of-the-box application systems
  • Conduct data gathering, process review and analysis of business requirements
  • Prepare Functional Specification (FS) within the given timeline
  • Guide in the preparation, execution and reporting of testing

Your Profile

  • Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business, or any Information Technology related courses
  • Relevant Field Experience At least 3-5 years experience in project management activities and methodologies
  • Banking Experience Preferred but not required
  • With experience in project management process, methodologies and tools
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management, Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, and Project Lifecycle Management
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills and with high analytical skills
