Affiliate Manager

Job Summary:
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's affiliate network, driving affiliate performance, and ensuring high ROI and sustained revenue growth. This role oversees affiliate acquisition, onboarding, content coordination, campaign optimization, commissions management, and performance tracking to enhance traffic, conversions, and overall GMV.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Acquisition & Network Growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, publishers, media partners, and content creators.
- Develop strong relationships with affiliates and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, strategize, and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with brand marketing targets.
- Provide affiliates with marketing materials, guidelines, and briefs required for campaign success.
- Monitor campaign KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, CTR, GMV, ROI, and AOV.
- Optimize commission structures and incentives to maximize performance.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze affiliate data using tracking platforms, analytics dashboards, and partner tools.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities.
4. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with BD, Marketing, KOL Specialist, Social Media, and E-commerce operations to align campaign directions.
- Coordinate with finance regarding commission calculations and payout schedules.
- Participate in category planning, brand launches, and new product introductions that leverage affiliate channels.
5. Compliance, Brand Protection & Quality Control
- Ensure all affiliate content is aligned with brand guidelines, platform policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage fraud detection and prevent unauthorized discount usage, blackhat activity, or unethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing / Influencer Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, conversion funnels, and traffic acquisition.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliates, Lazada Affiliates, Social Media KOL affiliate strategy is an advantage.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Prior experience handling cross-border e-commerce affiliates.
- Knowledge of both organic and paid performance growth strategies.
- Able to work in fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
