Job Summary:
The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the HR department, specifically in timekeeping, HRIS updates, and employee benefits processing. The role ensures accurate data entry, timely coordination with employees, and proper documentation of HR records while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Timekeeping Support
- Monitor and validate daily attendance logs and schedule adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of timekeeping reports to Payroll.
- Coordinate attendance concerns with supervisors and employees.
HRIS Maintenance
- Encode and update employee information in the HRIS.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records such as new hires, transfers, and resignations.
- Generate basic HR reports when needed.
Benefits Processing
- Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave balances.
- Coordinate with HMO and other service providers for enrollments, updates, and claims.
General HR Support
- Maintain organized employee files and HR documents.
- Assist in HR-related communication and announcements.
- Support HR Supervisor in any assigned tasks and administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are open to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
