Role Overview
As the Recruitment Administrator, you'll help new employees get started with the company smoothly and on time. You'll take care of all the steps between accepting the job offer and their first few weeks at work.
This includes handling background checks, government requirements, contracts, and making sure everything is ready for our new employees first day. You'll work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams for seamless onboarding experience.
Your Main Tasks:
-Collect and check all required documents (IDs, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR forms, etc.)
-Coordinate background checks and ensuring clearance before the start date
-Prepare and send employment contracts for signing
-Work with internal teams to make sure laptops, emails, and workspaces are ready
-Help organize Day 1 onboarding sessions
-Keep accurate records of all employee documents
-Strictly follow labor laws and company policies
-Share updates and report on onboarding progress
-Look for ways to improve the onboarding experience
Requirements
What You Should Have:
-Strong experience in an Admin support role, preferably within HR or Recruitment
-Expert coordination and organization skills, juggling multiple tasks
-Confident communication skills coordination skills
-Strong user of Microsoft Office and HR systems
-Experience in a BPO or international company is a plus

-Suggest ways to improve the onboarding process
