JOB SUMMARY:

As the Senior Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing operations for industrial properties. From lease structuring to tenant prospecting and negotiation, your role will be pivotal in maximizing occupancy rates, optimizing rental income, and ensuring the overall success of our industrial portfolio. In addition to leading leasing activities, you will also be responsible for managing a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to effectively market industrial properties, attract quality tenants, and optimize lease terms.
  2. Lead lease structuring and negotiation processes, ensuring that lease agreements are aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to identify leasing opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
  4. Oversee tenant prospecting efforts, maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants, and cultivate strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
  5. Manage lease administration tasks, including lease documentation, lease renewals, rent adjustments, and tenant relations management.
  6. Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to showcase available industrial spaces and attract potential tenants.
  7. Provide guidance and support to leasing team members, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, finance, and marketing, to support leasing activities and achieve leasing targets.
  9. Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze leasing data, and prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
  10. Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
