Role and Responsibilities

· Lead and Supervise all MEPFS works at Project Site

· Prepare and review plan layout detail and General requirements and other tender documents needed for Permits of the Building Construction

· Prepares material quantity take-off and budgetary estimate for PE MEPFS Works

· Review, Interpret, and coordinates Electrical plans and details with Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Structural plans.

· Reviews the design concept and recommend value engineering

· Review and evaluates bids and submits recommendations for approval

· Conduct Tender bidding of different contract packages for MEPFS Works.

· Reviews and updates 'For Construction Plans' for site implementation.

· Prepare and monitors the work and progress report being done by the electrical sub-contractor

· Preparing details for approval of Electrical works such us Transformers, Service Entrance layout, TEL/CATV layout and other Electrical layouts.

· In case of variation orders, prepares and submits estimates for such changes for Owners' approval

· Ensure compliance to the technical specifications and general conditions of the project

· Lead / supervises conduction of Testing and Commissioning for MEPFS Works

Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
