  1. Multi-Trade Drafting & Documentation

  2. Prepare detailed Architectural, Structural, and MEPF drawings, including:

o Floor plans, elevations, sections

o RCP & lighting plans

o Power & auxiliary layouts

o Plumbing & sanitary layouts

o Mechanical ducting & AC layouts

o Fire protection layouts

o Structural details & schedules

  • Produce shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built plans for all trades.

  • Convert sketches, mark-ups, and design concepts into complete CAD documentation.

  • Coordination & Clash Checking

  • Coordinate between Architectural, Structural, and MEPF drawings to ensure consistency.

  • Identify clashes (e.g., duct vs beam, pipe vs ceiling height) and report to engineers/managers.

  • Update drawings based on RFIs, site changes, and coordination meeting outcomes.

  • Site Verification

  • Conduct site measurements and validate clearances, actual routings, and installation feasibility.

  • Update drawings to reflect accurate as-built conditions.

  • Standards & Document Control

  • Apply consistent company standards for line weights, layers, annotations, and title blocks.

  • Maintain organized drawing logs, version control, and proper file naming.

  • Ensure drawings comply with building codes, project specs, and consultant requirements.

  • Project Support

  • Provide drawing support for:

o Permit submissions

o Fabrication/cutting lists

o Procurement (material references, dimensions)

o Installation teams (details, sections)

  • Attend technical coordination meetings when required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or related course.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge in Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience preparing Architectural + MEPF drawings required (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, fit-out detailing, and MEPF routing.
  • Ability to interpret multi-discipline drawings and resolve basic clashes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple drawing packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
