QUANTITY SURVEYOR - MEFPS ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review plans and specifications, and checking of design related queries for the completion of cost estimates.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical and MEPFS components based on design drawings and specifications.
  • Assist preparing bill of quantities .and evaluate Billings, contractor's proposal, change order and other construction-related claims.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budget plans, and project schedules based on the proposed designs and construction requirements.
  • Provide value engineering and cost-saving recommendations during design and construction phases.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and project standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical engineering/architecture
  • Licensed PRC
  • At least more than 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in quantity take-off software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, CostX) and MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC, Plumbing and Sanitary, Fire Protection, Fuel System standard materials and equipment.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
